Delivery Information
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging. If you need your order shipped to a different address from the billing address, please notify your credit card provider in advance. This will help ensure your transaction is processed without delay. Make sure the billing address entered during checkout matches the address registered with your card provider.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.
Standard Delivery (UK), typically takes 3–5 working days and costs £5.95 per order.
Orders over £100 qualify for free Standard UK delivery.
For those requiring Express Delivery (UK), this typically takes 1-2 working days and the service costs £9.95 per order. Any orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday, will aim to arrive the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. This service excludes public holidays and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note that we do not accept any liability for postage delays through any of our delivery partners.
Most packages are delivered within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is provided, offering updates on the expected delivery time and date.
For international orders within Europe, the standard delivery cost is £20. Orders exceeding 2kg will incur additional courier charges, which will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch. Please note that customs duties or taxes may be applied when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify any potential fees before placing an order.
We regret that we cannot ship tobacco products to certain countries due to regulations. These countries include:

For orders outside Europe, standard delivery is £45. Packages exceeding 2kg will incur additional courier fees, confirmed with you before shipping. Heavier items, such as large humidors, may attract further costs, which will also be communicated prior to dispatch.
Customs duties and taxes may apply upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Since customs regulations vary widely, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any issues.
Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing or courier issues.
